Maryann came to me with two well loved heirloom family rings which had become too delicate with age to wear. These rings provided the starting point for a set of alternating stacking rings – two round diamond eternity bands interspersed with a square ruby and Carré diamond channel set band. We replicated the sequence of stones used in the ruby heirloom to create the ruby and diamond band (selecting pink rubies rather than deep red rubies as these are more suited to Maryann’s style). Although these rings recall her family heirlooms, the platinum frame gives the rings a distinct modernity, allowing them to stack beautifully together.

We have now created a fourth ring – replicating the ruby and diamond band we made previously – to complete Maryann’s collection.
