A modern diamond and ruby Halo created using the clients own diamond
“Hattie understood immediately what I wanted, achieving everything I asked for and more, due to her attention to detail and commitment to perfection. She created something truly unique and I can’t believe I’m lucky enough to wear it everyday!” RACHEL
Rachel and her husband are the perfect case of ‘opposites attract’. She is a creative with a great visual eye and he is a numbers man – they bounce off each other brilliantly. This ring gives a little flavour of the two of them – the balance of the precision cut rubies in their octagon channel set halo, combined with the bold & colourful visual form of the ring.
The diamond in the centre comes from a diamond brooch from Rachel’s mother’s jewellery collection which featured three gorgeous heirloom diamonds. Far from a conventional halo design; the surrounding rubies are a central feature of the design rather than a gentle additional touch, resulting in a bold and modern design perfectly suited to the bride and her partner, incorporating a little bit of family history in the heirloom central stone. Graduating old cut diamonds give the final flourish to the design.
