I designed this engagement ring for a client who is based in Turkey. Her home overlooks the coast and she wanted to draw inspiration from her sea view. Drawn to bold geometric lines, she knew did not want a conventional or dainty ring. To truly capture the beauty of the coast, we sourced this mesmerising octagon cut aquamarine and paired it with graduating blue sapphires. Blue jewels for the place where sky meets sea, white gold for the sands and yellow for the eternal sunshine. The personal significance of this ring transcends material value, this is the magic of bespoke design.
